Our Group is launching two new series of Private Investment Funds, exclusively for institutional Investors:
- The USHI Land and Lots Development Funds which will be used to acquire REO land and lots for completion and sale to national and local homebuilders.
- A sequential series of USHI High Yield Home Rental Funds.
These Funds intend to purchase distressed residential real estate assets at historically low prices for both annual rental yield and capital appreciation. Properties purchased will include single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums and townhomes, but the main focus will be on single-family and townhomes.
These Funds will be focused on providing annual ‘Cumulative Preferred’ pre-tax cash Yields plus targeted 5-year capital gains
